Helen was Steffan's (Charity Chairperson Mother) and was part of the original team who was behind FibroSupport -Wales when we set up In September 2016. 

Helen was a big part of the FibroSupport-Wales community and was an active admin who was loved by many who knew her within the community.

Sadly Helen was taken away from us unexpectedly on the 25th October 2018 due to an undiagnosed DVT and left a big void within the team and within our much loved community group. 

Helen had many ambitious plans for the group and one was becoming a registered charity which we achieved on the 11th February 2021 (Registered Charity No: 1193505). 

Helen's memory will live on within the FibroSupport-Wales community and we know that she will be looking down smiling at everything that the team have achieved to date.
